National Consulting Firm
A national consulting firm based in Chicago, our work spans across the country. Highlights of recent work include: developing and leading a webinar series on organizational assessment for consultants in the United States and abroad; conducting Board development training and providing resource development services to grantees of CDC PS 17-1704 & 15-1502; and facilitating strategic planning work with a number of organizations, including ETR-Community Impact Solutions, Asian Pacific Islander Health Forum, AIDS United, and National Minority AIDS Council (NMAC).
Community Engagement
Envision Consulting has significant experience in data collection and community engagement for research studies, workshop development most notably; on behalf of ETR -CISP, Envision Consulting led community engagement for organizational and individual respondents towards the development of "Be The Change II: Transgender Professional Development Institute"
